I've been collecting PS1 since Feburary and back then I wanted Diablo for $25 or under. They hit upper 20s consistently and I just didn't win one. As months have passed the price has slightly gone up and I was now willing to pay $30 for it. Then I go and win these 8 PS1 games for $37 shipped and the Diablo disc was actually in Excellent shape, probably second best condition in the whole lot. Coincidentally I needed the Tomb Raiders and Syphon Filter, and the Resident Evil dupes should help me recoup most of the costs. Feels great to knock a seemingly elusive title out...

Ew, Deathtrap Dungeon. That was a godawful game. I hated it! Not to mention the camera was unaccomodating. In two words, it sucked.
I didn't get too much at the garage sales today, but I got a Guitar Hero setup for the 360 for $20, a $.25 Rubik's Cube, three awesome cds for $3 and an awesome TMNT 3 suitcase for $1. It would be better if it was TMNT 2, but I'm still happy with it.
Went to Goodwill on Friday and picked up a bunch of NES games for $2 each, Modern Warfare 2 for the 360 for $5 and finally a sealed Samurai Shodown II for PC for $2.
Today got 2 games in the mail, Mega Man (Game Boy), and a factory sealed Street Fighter Alpha 2 (Sega Saturn). I'm going to be opening the Street Fighter Alpha 2 in a video.
Just got these ultra sweet Pepsi Mario caps from g_block! They look sweet! I need 3 more for the complete set, so if anyone has one that they don't see, let me know!
Got a Tengen Tetris & manual for $30. Thought it was a pretty good deal, about eZine price, plus I got the manual. Cart's in great shape, probably 9 or 9.5. Now I need the box.......
Small update on the thrift store find yesterday, but I failed to notice at the time that the Castlevania was a 5 screw, makes the 50 cent purchase that much sweeter.
Also got something in the mail today: a Sega Master System model 1 with Light Phaser, 3 controllers, A/V cables, AC adapter and 2 games: Hang On/Astro Warrior (which I didn't have), and Choplifter (with manual and 1986 catalogue insert, which my copy was missing).
Funny part about this is I was expecting a package from elsewhere (though not nearly this soon), and this was a belated birthday present sent without my knowledge. You can imagine my confusion when I'm expecting 2 NES games and this big box of stuff shows up at my door. Definitely not complaining though.
Today I got a package from my friend in the mail, I got Super Mario Bros (Famicom), Power Stone (Dreamcast, complete), Eternal Champions (Genesis, Boxed) and Spider-Man and Venom: Maximum Carnage (SNES). Also got another package, got a brand new copy of Soul Calibur III (PS2). Awesome stuff.
Got my first sealed game today! Well I used to have a sealed Taboo like 4 years ago, but it was in shit shape, so I'm not counting it. It arrived in a bubble mailer, but for some reason it's still in great shape! I think I've purchase 4 sealed games in the last couple of weeks, and this was the only one that isn't a reseal.

Did you get that for like $15? If so I got the sealed Startropics 2 coming...along with a few other CIB's they had for cheap. And a minty boxed system.

I know this is a Nintendo site, but this small find was of great significance to me:

CIB Rockman X3 super famicom $19 shipped.
Today in the mail, from my friend in Japan. A early birthday gift, 12 days early.
A Super Famicom with 5 games (2 controllers, AV cable and Power adapter).
Super Mario RPG, Final Fight, Front Mission, Gundam F91 and Starfox.
Nice! You got Final Fight, thats a kickass game. Have fun with the Super Fami, I'm getting my first SNES next week.
Which model of the SNES? Original or SNES Jr?
I have a SNES Jr, I like it because of how much smaller it is.
The original model is a huge beasty.
Super Talking Jeopardy!
Wayne Gretzky Hockey (white jersey)
Castlevania
Carts all work great, and while not in at all mint conditions there's nothing egregious like torn labels. Got two dust jackets out of the deal too.

Donkey Kong Country 3 - $4
Super Adventure Island - $2
Tetris Attack - $2
General Chaos CIB - $4
Another DKC 3 - $6
I should have taken some pictures, I did miracle work on the Tetris Attack, Adv. Island, and DKC 3.
