Possibility of a "do not deal with" person list

I'm not talking about the hall of shame, or foe'ing someone, but, let's say you read someone doing some shady business at a store (swapping items out and returning them), or "hey, this person is a smoker, and I'm highly allergic to cigarette smoke", I think there should be a way to create a list of "Do not buy" and a list of "do not sell", so when a member on that list pops up, it shows that you have them flagged in your PM's.



Just a thought.

    ^^^I keep a personal list of stuff like that (at least the stuff that reeks like it smoked a pack of menthols on the way to my house).

    Yea, for things like these (since it depends on the buyer/seller) it's better to keep a personal list and such, whether it's in your head or on a piece of paper. I have a few locals I don't deal with for various reasons.
