Any PS2 fanatics in here? Need HELP!!!
So a little background story. I went to the local half price books and man oh man, they had quite a plethora of games priced pretty well too. Most of the best seemed to be encased in a lock cabinet.
Few examples:
Castlevania Legacy (n64) - 20
snowboard kids 2 - 20 almost picked this up, already have a mint copy though
Conker - 50
A BUNCH of PS2/Xbox titles all sealed in the same way as the following.
So I ask the lady at the front to come back and unlock it (I couldn't see all the N64 games), and I kid you not it was like Dawn of the Dead when she hit that lock. EVERYONE from EVERYWHERE just started grabbing at games like they're looking for survival equipment. Conkers was one of the first to be grabbed up (I wouldn't even touch it for 50 tbh... wasn't even the greatest condition), some sega games I didn't even get to look at, etc.4
I'm not much of a disk collector, but I knew this game went for more than twice of what I paid disk only, so I figured you can't beat a case and presumably a manual.
But before I tear into this, I need to know if this is an official seal or half-price books BS (Sorry I literally know nothing about playstation stuff like this)
Most distinct identification (The hole in the middle of the seal makes me feel like it's a reseal)

Reseal or not it's a pretty hard to find PS2 title at a decent price.
