Where do I post bad deal about a member ?

I did a trade with him like a long while ago. He recieved my items and left me a good feedback and I still haven't recieved mines. It's been probably over a couple of months now. He said he would send money my way if I still haven't recieved the package yet. now he hasn't responded to a few emails and I noticed on his profile he has been online.



I told him I would give him until the new years to reply otherwise I will leave him a negative feedback.



Is there a section I can post for this? I can't seem to find it in the forums.

I'd talk to one of the Mods about it personally to see if it can be sorted out
