Holiday Finds! w/ stories!
Well, this past Holiday Season has treated me very well. Not only was I able to have fun with family and friends and celebrate Christmas with the people I love, but I also got some crazy finds!
These are my Holiday Finds! Enjoy!
#1
This is from a trade I had with K3VBOT. I still have to send my item since I've been on vacation, but this is what he sent me! Thanks man! I'll get your Watermelon 64 to you ASAP.

After many attempts and failures of trying to visit SavePointVG's shop, I finally got to over Christmas break! I traded in some good stuff to him, and used store credit to get me some goodies for the Gamecube. Picked up Pikmin, Resident Evil Zero, Tales of Symphonia (<3), and Harvest Moon: Save the Homeland for the PS2 and wait, what is that? Conker's Bad Fur Day? Meh. I still got some credit left over so I will definitely be visiting again!!

Picked these two up at the flea market nearby. Paid 12.50 each. Seeing as they go for maybe $50 shipped on ebay, I thought I did pretty well. I've been wanting to play this game for a while though! The Non Plantimun Hits has the map that came with the game. Funny thing is though, I kind of messed up with the haggling on the reseller. He had the OG version marked at 15 and the Platinum at 12. I should've bought them separately, but stupidly I asked him if he could do 20 for both. He said the best he could do was 25. I should've asked for 12 on the OG and 9 for the Platinum because I know he is always cool with taking 3 dollars off. Meh, they're good games at least.

These I picked up from another reseller at the same flea market I got the Morrowinds from. It wasn't on the same day, but probably the week after. (12/30/12)
Everything at this reseller's booth is $5, except for the Mario's of course. But he only charges 10 for them. I sure as hell wasn't gonna find Paper Mario any cheaper any time soon, and I've been wanting to play the game for a while, so I picked it up. Spent 30 bucks for Heart of Darkness (PS1), The Legend of the Dragoon (missing manual, because I accidentally left it at the resellers booth) (PS1), Tomb Raider: The Last Revelation (PS1) (SEALED), and Lufia & The Fortress of Doom. OH YEAH I GOT LUFIA FOR $5.

Now these next 2 finds were my greatest finds I would say of the whole year. Put them in whatever order you want, but this is how I feel they rank in best finds.

First is this lot of Gamecube/DS/GBA Games I bought from another reseller from the SAME flea market. I swear to god I have the best flea market ever. I paid alright prices on these since they use Gamestop to price it all even though these games aren't being sold at Gamestop anymore. I'm not gonna complain though. One thing about this lot though, is that the Zelda Collector's Edition is SEALED Yes SEALED!!!! I didn't even realize it at first, and when I saw it in the stack of Gamecube games, I thought I was for sure doomed to an overpriced Zelda game. I found out it was sealed by trying to open it, and nearly crapped myself when I realized why I couldn't. It was $27, a little less than what its for on Gamestop USED. So I feel like I got a steal on this. I also picked up Rune Factory 1 for DS for 5 since it was complete and I only have the cart, and Zelda: A link to the past for GBA CIB for 12. I also got Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes for 20. Got the woman to go down from 64 to 57, and I just see it as knocking 7 bucks off of the sealed Collector's Edition.
So TL;DR $57 for this lot with a sealed Zelda Collector's Edition!

And now, for what I consider to be the BEST find I've had all year. The day right after we were supposed to die, I guess I got a an early Christmas present from heaven. Pics will explain. (12/22/12)

Well, that's it for 2012. Here's to another good year of great finds! Good luck to all!

Morrowind nor Morrowind Game of the Year Edition are rare, but the GOTY edition sells for about $40 shipped. Regular version sells for 10-15 shipped.

I don't think it is rare, but demand is still pretty high for it. Can get an easy $40 per.

Shauna needs to be fired for not doing the research!
LOL I was about to blur out that part as well, but decided to keep it there just in case she (or he?) ever finds these forums

Shauna needs a raise for not overpricing everything.
I went to a thrift store recently that had all kinds of awesome games, then I saw why, all games were priced at $20 (from Luigi's Mansion to Sonic Adventure to Grand Theft Auto III).
Hopefully that reseller person will have your manual and wont charge you for it.

Couple of systems, and some GC games. As well as some NES and SNES carts like Turtles in Time!
