I think its a demo sent to developers showing you the power of the SNES prior to release. You zoom in and out and rotate. From what I can tell there is a blue grid and colored balls spread out everywhere at different spots. I'm guessing to show height and depth as you rotate the screen and zoom in.

Nope just like you see it. Might have the paperwork though. Came directly from Nintendo so its a 1st party prototype.
