truthfully although its a shame and I feel bad for ant I can't fault the seller too too much. Pretend you've been out of collecting for five years and you make a $2500 mistake. I'm not saying its right but when there's large sums of money its harder to know what's right and wrong. I'd feel like shit for the seller only getting 4k out of it too.
Bottom line just don't use BINs people especially if you've been out of the scene
$120 -- anyone else? I know this kind of thing is common, but I'm willing to pay a *lot* of money to know who I'd personally like to never deal with again. Anyone, anyone?

what's the point dain. Whoever it was this time it will be somebody else next time.
EDIT: Made a mistake in the listing and had to relist. The original cellophane is slit at the top but has been peeled down about an inch on the back side. Still the cellophane is in excellent condition.

SO THIS MAKES THE PRICE GO UP?
Even better his information talks about the rare aladdin set he is going to list, ROFL. I guess that was BEFORE the warehouse find that he bought his huh? I know someone with 17000 aladdins and I'm not joking either
I bet I could make a strong guess at who had a hand it in...whomever is making a play for this should be completely ashamed of themselves.
As a seller HE should do some research and find out how much it is worth. It is not to hard to do some searches and find some forums or info about it to find a price. It is not the buyers fault the seller didn't do his homework...not an excuse in my book!

Actually I'd say that its a pretty tough game to research the value of a CIB copy on if you don't know about this place, and NA didn't exist when this guy stopped collecting.
Again, not saying its right but when its thousands of dollars morals bend and weaken, that's just the way it is
THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IN THE LISTINGS WAS AN INCH TEAR IN THE SHRINKWRAP THAT HE DIDNT MENTION OF WHICH WAS ALREADY TORN!!!!
and he changed the listing from 7 days to 10, he also states this is for a divorice.....so why would you want to sell it if your wife might* not have a clue to what its worth and instead fill her pockets up more?

cant you contact ebay since the auction is a binding contract? especially if you sent the money too?
contract shmontract. People break contracts a lot more important than ebay auctions all the time
again not saying its right but you can't force someone to deal with you if they don't wanna

Well Ant it probably takes about 10-15 seconds to shit your pants after seeing the cheap BIN,By my calculations.
