WTB: Star Ocean English Reproduction
Hi, everyone. I was wondering if anyone out there makes reproductions of Star Ocean for the SNES. I've always wanted to play this game, but have had no luck in actually being able to, at least on actual hardware. Two different people have said that they would, but both negotiations went sour, with one of them ripping me off. I've been checking Retrozone for their reproduction, but it is sadly now discontinued after being "temporarily unavailable" for so long.
This game seems to be very elusive. Not many repros are out there. If anyone could help me out, I'd really appreciate it.

It became temporarily unavailable because the game was having issues with saving, then he sorted it out and it became available (I bought it), and now it appears it's gone... In fact, if you look at the SNES Repros portion of his site, you'll see the icon for that section is none other than Star Ocean! http://www.retrousb.com/ ...the game is not on the site...
I'd suggest you guys reach out to him because he's definitely made that one in the past. Please post his response because I'm curious as to why he took them down. I hope he didn't discover another problem... Haven't played through mine yet.
I just checked there website and there no longer carrying this game .And I actually want a doner cart repro ,because I'm really not a fan of the transparent blue plastic they use.I like my repro's to look as legit as possible .

Good luck, Dreamstar. Hope you can secure a copy as well. This is a very elusive game. Apparently, you have to sacrifice an original Super Famicom Star Ocean cart to make it.
