where i live is the company that actually invented (as far as i know) styrofoam.. or tempex as we call it (not sure if its the same (http://www.unidek.nl/Our_products.html). And many people i know work at that factory
i can try to get a shitload of those cut small into the NES format, but not sure its worth it if its not the exact same material.
btw, tv's etc come with big blocks of this stuff, why dont you cut those up?
Hey, MLN and any others interested parties. I'm getting 600 styros made here shortly as a first batch to make sure they fit correctly. I can get many more done, should be for a very reasonable price. More updates to come. If people can start letting me know how many they will order, it'll help me get a better idea of how many to get. It won't be a commitment as the price is TBD, I just don't want to be drowning in extras
