This is a good idea, but it still wouldn't stop anything. Leonki from nesreproductions.com writes the words "REPRODUCTION" in black sharpie marks directly over the PCB. This still doesn't stop his reproductions from occasionally appearing on eBay misrepresented as rare prototypes (although it isn't too often)
