Small local pickup. 20$!

As the title says, I picked this up from a local ad for 20$. Not bad.

What is this game though? Online guide says only 2000 made? Do I need the mouse to play this?

Sorry about the light in pics. I'm not the best photographer

  • Wonderous pickup, but I have no idea what this game is. Try firing it up and see for yourself.
  • Thanks! I rarely see nintendo stuff in local ads over here.

I gave it a try. Pretty sure you're suppose to use the mouse for this but it still works with a controller.
  • ON na it says the cart is very rare. On ebay there are 2 buy it now for $65 and $72.

  • i just got this in the mail from a seller in mexico. its similar to Mario Paint and Wacky Worlds on Genesis, with a few little mini-games tacked on. its pretty crappy, but its rare as heck.
  • Terrible game but quite rare and worth a fair little bit. Nice score.
  • It has been steadily increasing in price lately. It was just one of those "Rare games for cheap" last year or so. Now, not so much.
  • Also if you wanna sell that Super Metroid do let me know. >_>
  • Ah well that makes this pick up even more awesome! I've never even heard about this game before. And yes, it's pretty crappy.
  • Super metroid for the win! Nice!
  • It's another shitty game that's valuable because of reseller scumbags.

Isn't it legitimately pretty freaking rare though? I'd argue that Earthbound is something that's valuable because of reseller scumbags, while this is more something that should just naturally be valuable as more collectors want it because of it's actual rarity (versus Earthbound's pretend rarity)

According to the NA database, the cart is an 8/10. Blame this one on the those consumer "scumbags" who didn't buy the game, and the publisher "scumbags" who didn't make a couple million copies.

Pegboy, why is it that everytime I see your name I know something negative and hateful is next to it?

  • I only hate resellers, they are pretty much what ruins every hobby.  Fun N' Games isn't any more rare than a bunch of other games on the SNES that sell for far less and are actually decent games.

With all due respect... says who? >_> Pretty much every source says it is indeed quite rare, such as NA database's 8/10...
  • If I recall correctly, that game is a crap version of Mario Paint. A buddy of mine had it and he tried to explain why it was better than Mario Paint. Back then, it was in no way better, nowadays it's worth more.
  • Some people on this board are saying this snes title had a really low production number. Something like 2000-5000 copies. I somehow doubt that though.

  • Wow, nice profit there if you are re selling. If not, nice starter sets as well.
  • the cart worth about $40-$50

It's all doubles...except for that Fun N Games cart. I'll probably clean everything and put it up for trade bait to get the last few snes titles on my want list.

I work in a really small town up here and It's not often you see nintendo stuff in the local ads. I lucked out. Especially for the price.
