    You can just use a NES power supply with no problems.

    Well at the back of the system it seem to be black where the power plug in. It say under the system I need a Sega 3025 AC adaptor with 9V & 850mA.

    Yellow tip is for model 2 and nomad, maybe model 3 too, not sure. The other one is for master system and genesis model 1.
