A Hagane cart + manual in mint condition sold for $325 two weeks ago, and Aero Fighter cart sold for $240 and $279 two weeks ago. My prices are pretty good but yes I could pay up to $700 for Aero max depending on the condition and probally $450 max for Hagane.
If you can afford to live on Ebay AND try to outbid/outgun some of the more hardcore collectors/resellers out there for deals like that... more power to ya.
You're looking to offer a bounty though on a collector-driven website, meaning it's already in someone's possession who would have to be enticed to let it go by said bounty. Quoting lower-then-average Ebay prices as evidence for a lower-end bounty isn't doing anyone any good.

Nothing gets past the ebay resellers and big tyme bidders. Everyone and their mother is always first to say this is worth such and such for a price being higher than it should be, but when it is lower they say it a fluke. Such a hypocrisy.
