Inbox problem

When i am looking at the forums for some reason today the top right where it says no new messages or new messages i COMPLETELY blank. The words are gone it is just a white rectangle. Is this a glitch or is this common?I am new here and trying to check my emssages.

It happens from time to time. Seems to work its self out after awail.

Clear your cache. Happened to me for the first time in a few years last night. Fixed after a cache clear.
