Rules:
1. US Buyers only on this one. Since gift payment is no longer an option members with 5 feedback or more can only bid.
2. Shipping is included
3. PayPal Payment only.
4. Auction ends at 10:00pm NA time on 2/25/2013 or ends if someone uses BIN option. Any bids in the last 5 min of the auction extends the auction by 1 min per bid. So if there are 3 bids in the final 5 min the auction is extended until 10:03pm
5. Bidding starts at $230 and bid increments need to be in 5$ increments or more BIN option is $285 shipped. Just post BIN if you want that option. Payment is due when auction ends or following day.
6. No edited bids or PM bids.

Yes and there is no need to make users with low feedback pay via gift regardless. Get tracking and everyone is protected.

I don’t want to have to waste time fighting a PayPal claim. I still have heard circumstances on these forums when someone has used tracking and the still did not get a refund from a scammer.
