Bidding starts at $200, BIN is $390.  Buyer pays actual shipping by method of their choice (box is 16x14x13,18.2lbs shipping from 04002).  Payment via PayPal.  Bid increments of at least $1.  Scoured eBay, and took ~80% of the average sales price on each item to gather pricing data.  Looks to be over $600 worth of games.  BIN can be redeemed at any point, regardless of bids placed.
