Herzog Zwei
Ok yes, this is a NES forum.
However, I would just like to share some love for the best Genesis game on the system.
Nobody ever seems to mention it, but Herzog Zwei is the 'Goldeneye' of Genesis. It's really the reason to buy the system.
In fact, I just shelled out to buy a Genesis 2 and Herzog, simply to play them. Golden Axe is the only other title I plan on owning - that's how good it is!
If you've never played/heard of it, it is a RTS (Real Time Strategy) game - and one of the first ones.
You control a plane/robot and buy other drones to do your bidding against your opponent.
Playing 2 player is awesome.
Someone else must love this game but me...no?

I agree with you though it is overlooked. So many people cite Sonic 2 or Streets of Rage 2 as the best Genesis titles. But there is so much overlooked stuff like Mercs, Midnight Resistance, Bio Hazard Battle, Shinobi III, etc.
I also hear that drunken degenerates frequently chat there...which sucks because their 9pm is my 9am!
