Is NA/SA insanely slow for anyone else?

Most of the time, NA and SA are insanely slow for me. Load times are brutal now, and has been for the last 2 or 3 months.



It's not my PC as it's doing it at home, on my phone (either 3g, 4g, or connected wirelessly at random locations), at work, and at friends houses.



So, um... Dain... fix this

    It is running at the same speed as usual for me. not fast but not terribly slow either. sometimes i click a thread and it pops right up other times it takes a few seconds to half a minute. nothing out of the ordinary.

    its fine now, i think it has to do with high volumes hours of the day

    You could just make a lot fewer people want to visit the site. My suggestion is to change it into a Rob Schneider fansite. That should really help with server requests.



    That way I can have more TCP three-way handshakes to myself IF you know what I MEAN

    Yeah it seems fairly slow in the evenings sometimes, high volume hours most likely. Maybe we need to call in donations for upgraded servers again?

    I've noticed a lag at all times of the day on NA and SA for the last 2-3 months as well. Sometimes it loads fine, but more often than not, it's extremely slow.

    Yeah, maybe, $30.00 sent to Dain anyway. The rest of you cheap bastards should do the same.

    I'm in the process of integrating the site into Amazon S3 service to help improve the speed. The server is plenty fast enough, but the binary data is what's making it appear slow.

    I've noticed it'll lag throughout the day but it could be just a lot of people on at one time.
