New to the forums
Hi, I am new here. Just recently stumbled across these forums and was happy to find such a large following. I am 21 years old and going to school full time for information systems. I have played games all my life. I have always bought and sold various things, with video games and movies always being my focus. I recently quit my part time job, because amazon and ebay enabled me to make enough money by buying and selling video games and movies. I always start to collect games and end up finding an even better deal, so I end up selling my collection to pursue the better deal. In the near future I hope to have the financial stability in order to keep a collection of my own. I just had a few quick quesitons that I wanted to ask in regards to the community/forums.
Is the dealing and discussion of games outside of Nintendo frowned upon here?
I have used ebay alot and was wondering how auctioning/selling here compares to those platforms? I have some goodies I recently came across and I was considering taking some of it here.
Can anybody direct me to a thread(s) describing the best way to thoroughly clean cartridges, labels, and pins?

For some of your questions I suggest taking a read through the FAQ: http://nintendoage.com/pub/faq/NA/
As far as cleaning carts, I believe the preferred method is using a white eraser.
For cleaning pins, a little glass cleaner on a Q-tip.
For labels, it depends what you're trying to get off.
You're free to sell games and related items here, everything else, wait for the community garage sale.
I suggest a magic eraser to clean up your carts and Weiman's or Brasso on board pins if alcohol doesn't do the trick.
