Anyone with experience using an N64 Passport?
As stated, I really, really, really want to play the JAP exlcusive games on my PAL (Australia/EU) N64 console. The classic method of cutting the plastic tabs out of the systems tray to let the game actually reach the pins doesn't work on PAL machines which actually have an encoded region lock. As it seems, the only way then to play foreign games would be to use the N64 Passport Plus.
I recently ordered one, and am therefore thinking of soon purchasing Sin & Punishment and Bangai-O. It would cost me a fair bit, but the rarity of these items along with the amazing gameplay I have seen/tried makes it so worth it. I wanted to see if anyone has any experience using the Passport plus (Version III) and whether there is a garuantee that these JAP games would work on my machine. From what I hear, "some games" have additional region lockouts which prevent them from being played. Knowing how different and altered gaming stuff in Australia usually is, I fear this might be the case. Any past experiences or help would be greatly appreciated guys.
Thanks!

This would give you no region problems.
However, the TV issue might be another consideration. I'l try my standard old Panasonic and see if it can display on that, if not I'l try my LG or others. Hopefully one works. What I'm most worried about though is whether the passport actually works as intended or is just a hit or miss on most games. Here's hoping.
