can i fix

i got given a copy of mario karts for nes today free and the the shell the covers the board was broken really bad so can i get a new one or and i stuck with a nes game with no shell

    For right now, since there's no Mario Kart on NES, I'll just assume you mean SNES. You could easily buy a sports game with the same type of plastic shell and swap the two. The sports label can be removed with little trouble. There's quite a few users here who could print you up a cool looking, non-original label for your cart.

  • anytime Im out at a retro store if they have any really nice condition sports carts for $1 I always pick em up just for the extra shells.
