Inbox bug?

No matter what my inbox has in it, it always says I have new messages. I've even gone through them and checked them all thinking something weird may have happened, and I missed one. Doesn't seem to be the case. Guess it's a bug then...?
Edit: Technically it says Inbox (1), but I can't find it so it's either me missing it, or a bug perhaps?

    I was thinking something fishy was up with PMs and such too. Ive PM'd a few people who I'd expect would respond to me and they havent.

    Check the folders that you might have accidentally added them to, like Others. I sometimes accidentally do that, that's probably what it is.

    I just rechecked all 288 messages I currently have, and checked to see if I put it in another folder. Neither one turned up anything. I actually haven't made any folder, so it just says "No folders have been created."



    I'm starting to think something is wrong, and It's not just me being stupid. image

    Ok, this is driving me nuts... I'm debating just deleting all my messages in hopes it'll go away...

    Did you try PM'ing Dain? He may not have seen this thread, and if anyone can help you it'd be him.

    It should be fixed for your account. I'm not sure exactly what caused it yet, but I found the data that was causing it to say you had unread messages.

    Thanks Dain! For the longest time I just assumed I was missing the message somehow, but I had nooooo idea where it was, haha!

    Hey guys, this is happening to me now. I have had 2 new ghost messages in my inbox for the past month or so, but it wasn't such a big deal. Now, all of a sudden, I got 9 of the same message in my account! I'm deleting the duplicates, but it still says I have 8 new messages. HELP!

    Not a big deal, but it would be nice if it would stop doing it.

    Did you open each message before you delete it? If you just delete it without opening it, it will go to the trash as an unread message and still alert you to having new messages. You physically have to open each message, then go back and delete it.

    If you delete an unread message, it will still show as unread. I'm going to try to fix this one right now. Brb!

    Ok, this should be fixed now. When you remove a message, it should mark it as read.
