Dave2236 bought one in a huge lot of NES manuals - 1000 plus manuals for $650 or so.... his had (has) a tear in it. this was more than three years ago
I bought the one about four or five months later for $251.51.. which came with a CIB family fun fitness.
I then sold mine for $500 to buyatari 2 years ago.
he sold it to nick for... 800 + last year
and now this one sold for the price.
there is some price progression for you.
All my overpriced goodies seem like bargins a couple years later.

Just wanted to publicly say that Jason is a good man, and was a real pleasure to work with. I am pretty jacked to get this one, cause I never thought I would actually drop the cash for it. I will miss it! Paid $1375 into my summer cruise account today. Me and wife and 2 kids going in the end of Sept for 7 days out of Tampa on Carnival to Jamaica and then over to Mexico. Last summer we did 7 days on the other side out of Cape and went to Grand Camin. Spell?

i may have dave2236s manual. i dont remember a tear in mine though. not sure. but i think i bought mine from dave.
maybe it didn't have a tear... mebbe it just was very worn. not sure... if i recall it wasn't in the best shape
