BUT, id so LOVE a PAL list.. far out of reach probably tho
That would be great, but you'd almost have to do it for every region, since one game in one region might be common, and uncommon in the next. That, and the regions overlap a lot, making it almost impossible to assume anything. At some point we might be able to do it for PAL-exclusives, but I'll leave that up to Dan the Man to decide.

hmm yeah.. and well NA is mostly focussed on NTSC collecting, so people here pay less for PAL versions. While euro forums might be more PAL focussed (are there any european NES collecting communities btw?)
I think Pal-exclusives are a possibility but then we've got the ages-old question...which ones/where to draw lines. Do we start with only unique games like Gimmick and Rodland? How about incredibly rare ones like Snowboard Challenge and Phantom Air Mission, even though they're just ports with renames? With those we'd be lucky to see one sale in a year, meaning most of the time they'd just be "NA."
Also then if we include those, then how about common renames like Probotector, Teenage Mutant Hero Turtles, and Blue Shadow? If not renames, what about Rainbow Islands by Ocean, which is a vastly different ROM?
And finally, what about foreign sales? Many of these show up for sale very rarely at USA eBay, and when they sell they get a premium. Foreign ones close for much less, and have all kinds of wacky shipping if the buyer is in the USA.
I think I'll experiment with the ones I choose to collect -- the licensed, 'true' exclusives (different games entirely) with unique names. It's only 30 games, and includes many sought-after titles that I think many people are referring to when they think of Pal-Excl.
There are indeed quite a few other unlicensed Pal-exclusive titles, but I don't have an accurate and complete list. Is the NA database complete in this respect?
I didn't see SideWinder in that list so I was wondering how many others were missing. Also is Magexa Soccer just a pirate of the Nintendo one, or is it Ultimate League or something?
Minor quibble: you should put a '+' in front of the number that indicates that a game has risen in value - it just makes more sense. minus symbol for a decrease, plus symbol for an increase

I thought the same thing as well when I was reading through it. Shouldn't be tough to add, we'll see if Dan agrees.
Looks to be significantly more accurate than last month's. And yeah, I'd like the idea of a plus sign when a game rises in value, as well. However, I'm used to blue meaning a rise in value and red meaning a fall ...
Seriously? You're going to make me add an extra keystroke to around 500 entries just because you can't tell that 1 is a positive number? Grr.
Do it now!! ; )
Also, about the PAL exclusive stuff, I was also wondering how much work it would be to constantly keep up with exchange rates of currency and what-not. If you check auctions abroad, I'm sure this would get to be a pain. I'm not sure if you already do or not though, so maybe you already have a good system implemented.
I think this would be more of a factor Roth if these games had commodity values like gold. All purchase prices are subjective to each individual buyer and seller, so there's already a wide variance - much wider than the variance in currency prices. Also countries with highly volatile currencies tend not to produce a lot of Rodlands for sale I don't see the need to get that detailed.
That said, all eBay auctions that show up at the USA site but are listed abroad are automatically converted to $USD. I don't plan to visit european eBay sites to gather data anytime soon. Doing so adds the extra element of sifting out which ones actually ship to the USA, which can also greatly affect their closing price.

And as far as colors, that's always something that bugged me with old CCG price guides. I can their thinking being a fall in price means "red alert, dump this turd" and a rise in price is "everything's cool, pick this up" but I like the temperature analogy a bit better. Maybe it's just me?
