  • A - $55
  • great initiative to donate half to NA image

good luck with the auctions, too bad nothing of my taste in there image
  • C D E H I

    $25 for all together
  • In case anyone is confused, I'm saying $25 for all those lots I mentioned, when anyone goes for one, which Jim just did, I'll adjust. So make that for me $15 on C, making my overall bid for all of the auctions I wanted $40.
  • Well, to help everyone understand what Stan is trying to do, I'll just make it easier for him.

    C - $15

    D - $5

    E - $5

    H - $5

    I - $5

There, saves you $5 somehow from your calculation Stan and still puts you as top bidder on all of those.
  • A - $55

    E - $20
  • Ouch, consider E out for me. Bring my bid down to $35.
  • C $25

    D $10

    H $25

    I $20
  • Do you think people will "snipe" any of these on the last day?

  • These can be sniped, but also have the chance to make a lot of money.

Can the admins here see posts before they were edited?

I hope no one edits their post because they bid too high over the top, although wouldn't be surprised with half the stuff you read here.
  • Let me clear on the record on part of maximus' story that involves me - yes I bought some stuff from him early on and tried to pay fair prices considering how mint it was. What I didn't realize and couldn't have foreseen was how his ebay auctions were about to blow apart my every conception of fair market value. His games steady got 2 - 10x "normal" market value once some heavy hitters found out about how mint they were. I though I was paying well but certainly didn't pay that kind of coin - so the fact that Curtis chooses to characterize the payment as being more than fair says a lot about what a stand up guy he is. He could just as easily be bitching that he could have gotten more from the crazed ebay auctions - so for him to actually thank me for that kind of a payment is just beyond stand-up. I'm glad this kind of a find went to somebody like Curtis (if it couldn't go to me, ehehe) as he is just about the nicest guy you could meet. thanks Curtis.
  • E - $30

I'll vouch for your character regarding this as well, Dan. I sold Dan 4 sealed NES games when he was closing in on a complete set, and simply wanted to charge him what I paid + s/h to help him out. He insisted on paying me fair market value, which ended up being almost double of what I paid. Very stand-up guy, and I firmly believe that you believed you were making an honest offer on his stuff. The market (as we've seen!) would have been impossible to gauge on these.

  • F - $5

    G - $5
  • No, I was hoping to get them all, but they're all going to go higher, so just have at it. I guess I'll go $10 on the SNES games though, which is F.
