To protect buyers from sellers like this. 

I emailed him asking if those items in the pics were the exact items I would get.  He says yes.  To beat you guys from snagging this    ; )      I "BIN" and then he tells me it is a gold zelda.  I am currently going through paypal to get my money back.   After doing some research, he took the pic from a gamesniped page.  He is claiming it is his bad camera.  HAHA.  

I sure am glad ebay changed their policy so that I can neg him without fear of retaliation.   I am only posting here to warn you guys if he tries to sell again.

    It all went down today. I will eventually get my money back. I think this is an open and shut case. I sent in a lot of messages that were exchanged and a copy of the website where I found the picture.

    I told him not to ship it to me. The only reason I know it is a gold zelda is because he told me after the buy it now. I told him to refund my money and I would leave positive feedback. Bad call on his part.

    No doubt. I would have been pretty pissed myself. I had someone steal a pic from a complete Earthbound auction for a cart only awhile back. It was open and shut for sure. I couldn't neg him though because he got suspended before I could leave fb for another f up of some kind. He wouldn't tell me what but I surely called him on it. Its sucks because he already left his fb too.

    Seller refunded my money tonight. Told me, "you were right, I was wrong." NO CRAP!!!! Then relists and blames me for his negative feedback!!!

    He had a picture of a test cart.  He got it off the web.  I asked him if the items were the actual ones in the picture.  He said yes, he took the pics.   I bought it.   He then turned around and said zelda was gold. 

    All happened today.  Turned around tonight and refunded my money.

     I saw your past auction of this item. Man you cant put a picture of a yellow Zelda test cart, say hes getting the actual items pictured and then tell him its just a regular gold one!     If he took the pics himself, he must have taken pics all around his house because there are some different backgrounds in there, lol.  And he took them from all different angles because the shadowing is different for different games.
