  I've had the same thing been done to me, but the person didn't just steal my picture - he stole the entire auctiontext also...

  that exact thing happened to me as well - oh well not really a big deal...would be more hassle to fight it than what it's worth

  a smaller reseller did end up buying it. I got an apology from the seller. She said- "I am sorry! My 12 year old son started selling on my account! I apologize I did not know that was your logo. It will not happen again!
