Question about PayPal Claim and Received Item
So...
I sold this lot of wrestling magazines on ebay on June 22nd.

I ship media mail WITH delivery confirmation
Buyer contacts me but I recieve NO message through ebay and only noticed that the buyer attempted to contact me through my flooded ebay email account after he opened a claim.
PayPal saw that I used DC and they gave the seller the information. the DC number states that the item was received the 11th of July.

So I figure everything is cool, email the seller and apologeize for not getting back to them because I rarely check my email for ebay and depend on their message service.
He does not respond. 11th passes and on the 12th he files a chargeback after PayPal closes the Claim.
SO WTF???!!?
even though I used delivery confirmation AND it states the item is received, he can still file a chargeback and PayPal can hold the 70 some odd dollars? I am VERY pissed off right now as it shows that the item was delivered and the buyer went ahead and opened a claim anyway.
Any input? Will they side with him even though I have proof out the ass that he received the item?

I know paypal sucks monkey balls, but then wtf are they all about when you have an issue and they ask for a DC number? this is outrageous consider it shows delivery and everything.

If he initiated a chargeback through the credit card, then there's not really anything you or Paypal can do about it. Unfortunately it looks like you're the one getting screwed in the ass in this occasion.

yeah so it would seem, on no grounds whatsoever. This FUCKING sucks balls. I will likely be using Chuckwagon from now on. I take all the precautions and this asshole goes ahead and uses a chargeback AFTER there is proof of delivery.
I was hoping maybe pedro or sosafan might chime in since I know they are big time resellers. Have you guys ever been stuck by paypal?
