Super Mario Bros./Duck Hunt/World Class Track Meet
Super Spike V'Ball/Nintendo World Cup
World Class Track Meet
Those are all the games (US only) that don't have a box. Now here's another question: are you content ONLY owning the cart and manual for these games, or do you need to own the respective console the game came with in order to technically have the game CIB?
Well kinda sorta by that reasoning they all have boxes There's definitely a drawn line though...games bundled with systems weren't purchased for the game (meaning, you may have picked up the Challenge Set because it offered SMB3, but if you already had the NES you wouldn't buy another new system just to get it), they were purchased for the console so conceptually the system "had a box" not the game, although the completed system includes the game.
If you strictly say "standalone game w/o accessories" it means no Arkanoid, no Stack-Up. I think since we all consider those two "games with boxes" Miracle def. qualifies. I can see another side to the Miracle though, some people may have gotten rid of their NES and all the games, and kept the keyboard because they liked playing piano better than playing NES! It does function on its own, does it not?
How about the racermate?
These questions always have funky outliers Decide for yourself I guess.

I think you need the console box to technically have the game CIB.
I don't think you have to have the console boxes to have the games CIB. For those games having the cart and manual is complete in my eyes. But that being said I am of course going to get a copy of every console box I can find as soon as I have the space to store them.
I do agree that I think Miracle Piano has a box, a large box (and manual for that matter) but a box none the less. Even though it is larger than a console box it is still a NES game with extra parts in a box like Gyro, Stackup or Arkanoid. For the record, I am not scanning the MP box
Well, in the collection tool, if you have the cart and manual, yours is complete. On the accessories side, if you have all of it, it's complete. So there's really two angles for this, and both are accounted for in the collection tool
That's one I'd give my left kidney for. Oh wait, I just gave Dangevin my left one, so would you settle for part of my liver? Oh wait, that won't work either -- recovering drunk. Meh, nevermind!
Also forgot about the bundle-in Dizzy game that comes with the Aladdin Deck Enhancer. I think that definitely belongs in with the console bundle-ins, even though it's a standalone game the product is the deck enhancer, and is far more expensive than any individual game separately.
