Gday from Melbourne
Hey there, my name is Craig and I've been a collector for years. This is the first forum I've joined that is gaming related so it's been a long time coming. Although Nintendo isn't the only thing in my collection, it's what got me started. My Dad bought me the NES Action Set in 1988 and that was the one and only console he ever bought me. I played that bastard to death. I see my collecting now as 50% nostalgia and 50% making up for all those time I played my friends consoles and wish I had one!
As far as consoles go I've got pretty much every variation of every console from the 2600 and Intellivision up to PS3 and xBox360. The bad part about collecting such a wide variety is that I'm in Australia and almost everything is massively overpriced and hard to find. We really got the shitty end of the stick when it came to Aus releases!
Since this is a Nintendo based forum, here's what I've got console wise:
- 2 x NES
- US Top Loader
- Famicom
- Super Famicom
- US SNES
- 2 x PAL SNES
- US N64
- 2 x PAL N64
- GameCube
- Wii
- Virtual Boy
I've got plenty of games to go with them but I still have lists a mile long of what I still need. I'm not in it to collect every game ever made, this is purely about buying what I have an interest in.
I look forward to hopefully being able to offer som advice and I'm sure I'll be on the recieving end too!

Always great to see another Aussie on these forums. Quite a collection you have there mate! Some nice items in there (Virtual Boy, Intellivision, Famicom/Super Famicom), it puts my collection to shame

Cheers mate, I just need the games to back it up! Is there any Aussie specific sections on here? Would be good to buy some stuff locally!
