The small white spot is apart of the art work, its what I call the sparkly mine has it too.
And damn why is the shipping so spendy? I have shipped 30lb car amplifiers to Germany and Italy for less then that!
White spot is part of the sticker and is not a ding. All the black box games are like that and it always throws me off when looking at pics of the item.
