Devil Zone Arcade Cabinet

In an antique mall nearby is an arcade cabinet of Devil Zone for sale; the 1980 shooter by Universal for 350$. It's in good shape, looks pretty good, missing the key though. Not sure how big of an issue that is, if they can be easily replaced or not.

I'm wondering if this is a good deal or not. I'd love to have a fun arcade cabinet to play on at home, and it certainly looks pretty fun, but I'm having trouble finding out what one is worth. I saw on ebay there's the circuit board of it for 150$ buy it now, but there's nothing in completed, and no full cabinets, so I don't really know and I can't find much info anywhere else.

Any info or advice on this would be very helpful. I included a couple pictures of it.

Thanks.

  • Keys are easily replaceable. You have to get a whole new lock, but they should be under 10 bucks.
  • 350 is a fair price. If its in nothing but an antiques mall, their is probably room for nagotiating too.

I paid 250 for my Space Invaders and 500 for my Super Pacman, any price around there is fine IMO.
  • Generally, any complete cabinet that isn't beat to hell is a fair deal around $300. I think $350 is a fair price, but you could always haggle a bit.
