  This looks like a pirated/fake copy as the discs are not exactly real, and they read FFIX instead of FFVIII, in a real FFVIII case included (You can also look at the back of the discs and you see that they are not black).

  This is embedded into the disc not printed on it
  
  And I have never seen the writing which is around the disc

  If they are they are very detailed fakes and I have never seen a fake with the embedded writing on the inner of the disc

  Pirate probably bought on holiday in Bali & put in a real Aussie PlayStation Fat case.

  never seen a fake with the writing around the middle of the disc, no printed embedded in like all genuine discs have either games or dvds

  They dont work in my dvd,cd,ps2 or computer
  
  I dont have a chipped playstation to see if they work

  Its just printed on a real disc printing machine. Not someone CD burner.
  
  With those machines you can make it print what ever you want around the rim.
  
  
  
  REAL printing company's print their logo's & machine numbers.
  
  Pirates just print something to make it not look like a pirate.

  Those aren't NTSC-U game discs. Hong Kong Silvers have the disc names on the inside of the discs. Just a pirated copy of the game.
