displaying a piece of bulky promo signage

My first hunt post Sandy yielded me a very sweet promo display (pictured below ) I used a pencil to try and show how big it is...
It's DECEPTIVELY light made out of plastic. I want to hang this on my wall in my living room but I have no idea how to in a way that won't damage the paint or the piece itself.
Anyone have any ideas?

  • dual-sided foam tape Id think should do the trick
  • Wow, lucky! Where did ya find this?
  • got it at a retro shop inside a flea market trying to make ends meet. wouldn't double sided tape potentially damage the paint
  • What does the back of it look like?
  • Nice pick up PJ! If it does not have anything on the back that you can use to hang it up with, maybe you can use a couple of these (maybe a bigger size) to hold it on the wall.

  • If it is hollow like a cake pan the just use a strip of wood mounted on the wall that it can rest on. It should hug the wall and would be suprisingly snug. I mounted a small plastic Nascar Hood like that in my brothers man cave.
  • loving the advice here. im going to look into those brackets joe but the piece is a bit thick (giggity) on my dayoff ill wander into lowes carrying the sign with me lol.

"hollow Like a cake pan" you nailed it. the front and back interlock with the inside being hollow. I'll rake more pictures tonight before i get wasted playing halo, since someone asked to see the back.
  • Duct Tape works for everything.
