  • Well I see Chrono Trigger and Ninja Gaiden Trilogy in there. There are alot of sports titles but there are some popula titles in there that will net you some good $ if your reselling. I mean those 2 games alone can get you $200+ a piece for. Are you considering it for your collection or for resale?
  • I was hoping to find and EVO, but no dice I'd sell Chrono Trigger since I already own it 100% complete, would swap the box since mine has a dent on the top left corner. Trilogy I'd keep, some other titles I'd probably keep, most of my collection is naked since I don't have the green to spend on boxes, but I'm steadily growing.

All in all, lots of those games will go right back up on Kijiji for individual prices, if there's trays, I'd most likely keep them all. What would you value it in a ballpark range? From what you see. Even if I sold the games at like $10-15 each complete, I'd still make money off of it.
  • If youve got the time to sell individually and you need a bunch of them Id go ahead and do it. As for value, Id have to add it all up individually and look quite a few up for going rates, too much work for me right now lol, maybe one of the avid SNES guys that knows all the prices right off the top of the head can chime in.
  • Yea, I got time to sell them individually, no problem there, I just want to see if I would be able to buy these and possibly break even/come close to it, or possibly make a profit on it while keeping the ones I want.
  • Idk man, I do see a few good ones in there but you'd be lucky to even get 500$ back from what I can see here. Totally not worth the price. See if you can get him to break up the lot, as mentioned, the chrono and NTG boxes will bring a little back and I do see a few HTF boxes like SOS, Brainies, and a road to glory which is an extremely rare box. Even still that's not gonna bring enough back for it to be worth it. Not to mention, condition is going to play a big factor and these don't look mint but the pics suck too much for me to be sure on that.

Or as they would say on shark tank, " I'm Out "
  • Looks like some very solid titles in that lot, Road to Glory, Swat Kats, Ninja Gaiden Trilogy immediately stand out. I think to stand any chance of breaking even you would have to sell the rarer titles rather than hold on to them.
  • I am thinking you will barely break even on this lot, if at all. If this were a great deal, it would be gone 20mins after you posted it here
  • I thought these were all just boxes only :/ , my bad,, so I retract my previous statement. Still not worth 2K but if they are complete around 1350$ maybe? With no manuals, maybe around 900-1000$?

agreed; probably not worth it. it's going to take a lot of effort to sell, let alone package+ship (if necessary), and I just don't see it turning a profit. it's cool to see big lots turn up though!

  • Yea, I would mostly be selling locally, since in my area, there are lots of retro collectors around. The hard ones to sell would be the obvious sports titles, cartoons, game shows, etc. But yea, the more valuable ones I'd obviously keep since I don't have much in terms of CIB SNES games, soon half of them will be Jap imported titles mainly consisting of DBZ games.
