  • 2nd and Charles. Hoover, AL. Sells retro games, systems, comics, music vinlys, etc.
  • Anyone from Boise know if A1 Video Game Exchange on Fairview is still there? Bought many a games there, both when I lived in Boise and when I've gone back to visit.
  • I wanted to say THANKS for this thread, as I recently visited Columbus OH and this made it easy for me to go to 2 retro game stores quickly and effectively!

  • For Iowa, there is also a Gamers in Mason City. They don't have much on cartridge games anymore, but still decent for retro systems and disk games. That map is pretty bad, the two locations in Iowa have Omaha and Kentucky as the address, ha!
  • GA Games(Carrollton,GA)
  • NA member tiptopjames just opened a new store in Tulsa.

  • The Bottomless Pit of Treasure in Connecticut has just recently moved from Danielson to Putnam (a cleaner, roomier place too!)
  • Save Point Video Games, in the Charlotte area in North Carolina. It's near the UNCC Campus and it just opened up Nov. 1st!
  • As long as you're going to have Pink Gorilla for Washington, you might as well add in a link for their website. http://www.pinkgorillagames.com/
  • A buddy and I just opened up TYTON GAMES in the Chicago land area.

It's in Villa Park on St. Charles Rd. We also carry Warhammer and soon Magic the Gathering.

Here's a thread about it in the everything else forum http://www.nintendoage.com/forum/messageview.cfm?catid=7&threadid=88694

and hers is the Yelp Page for it http://www.yelp.com/biz/tyton-games-villa-park

Would love to see some fellow NA members stop in.  I would always be willing to deal with NA'ers on prices!

Everygame we put out is cleaned inside and out! We have some pretty rare stuff in here including a CIB Fun 'N Games for SNES and A BIG BOX GYROMITE (just the box but it has the tray and it's in good shape)
  • For Wisconsin, there is also a MegaMedia Xchange in Milwaukee (right now only Madison and Greenfield are listed). Record Head is also in Milwaukee and sells retro games, systems and accessories. Record Head is more like an electronics pawn shop, but it does have a decent retro gaming section.
  • First post updated!
  • Doh, you beat me to it.
  • I go to a local shop thats near me all the time called "Phoenix Games" located in Concord California. Nice people
  • Mojo's Electronics in Shawano, Wisconsin. They have good service and a wide range of retro systems to new gen stuff. Also they have arcade machines and Dance Dance Revolution.
  • There is a new chain (been around almost 3 years) in Portland Oregon called Game Stars. They have 8 stores around Portland and the surrounding areas.
  • There are a couple of stores I can mention near Colorado Springs, CO.

    First up,

    Game City

    481 Hwy 105 Unit 209,

    Monument, CO 80132

    (719)-487-9995

and they just opened a second store at:

    Game City

    773 Gold Hill Pl S,

    Woodland Park, CO 80863

    (719)-687-4121

They are run by nice folks and have a good selection of old and new. Tell them, "Tom sent you" and they will take good care of ya!

  • Discovered a Disc Replay in Elgin, IL over the weekend. Good selection with typical prices.
