Question About Manuals Without the ESRB Rating

I was wondering if there was a print line of game manuals for games on the Xbox 360 that excluded the ESRB rating on them. My Quake 4 and Tenchu Z games have no rating on the manuals, and they look too good and real to be repros. Any input would be nice.

    Check the region, it could be international. I actually own a NTSC-J game that doesn't have and ESRB rating on it, box or manual. Other than that, it looks exactly like the NA game. Everything is in English, works fine in an American system- no ratings.

    Yea, it was just strange to see it because your eyes get so used to that little space being filled with a black and white box. I have a few older SNES games without an ESRB on them, my CIB Canadian DKC is one that comes to mind, kinda why I like it.
