Help Me Buy What I Need

Right I know I need an eprom eraser and an eprom programmer for nes. Will this same unit do both NES and SNES?

Where can I buy eprom chips for programming?

Sorry for being so knowledgeless but I'm diving in at the deep end because nobody seems to do PAL versions of either.
