I wish there was a retro game store in my city the only actual game stores in Racine, Wisconsin are 2 Gamestop's and they don't sell retro games and i think the nearest store that sells retro is in Kenosha , Wisconsin so I don't know I wish someone would open one around here there used to be one then it shut down. Now i have to get all my retro stuff off the internet so whatever.

if you know of any post them. unfortunatly I don't know of any. supposedly there's a Play &Trade in Oxford but I haven't actually gone to check if it's actually there or if it's just an old address google just hasn't updated.
Mostly Music in Port Coquitlam, expensive loose carts, decently priced CIB stuff.
GameDeals in New Westminister, very well priced, only a few games I've seen overpriced there.
Willow Video in Langley, havent been yet, heard great prices.
Press Start in New Westminister, they sell for eBay completed listing average.
Some random game store on Granville Street in Vancouver, Don't go to them, 60% markup on everything, $20 sports games for SNES, NES, Genesis, $35 Super Mario Worlds, $700 CIB Majora's Mask.
Gamers Choice in Maple Ridge, good prices, half the time stuff is underpriced because they don't know what it is, (XenoGears for $25 ;D )
I was just in Chattanooga TN a couple weeks ago and stopped by a few of the stores there. The Packards there appears to have moved. I went to the new location, and that location had a bankruptcy sign on the door. Appears to have gone under.

Closest decent one to me is an hour and a half away. Sudden Impact in Winthrop (Like 6 minutes outside of Logan). Great shop, but he does NOT reply to e-mails despite the site saying they'll take orders over e-mail.

Well that made my day,
Lol why is that
If I had to guess, it's because they are GROSSLY overpriced... and rude about it. At least, thats my experience in their other stores in Northeast Tennessee.

I shall dance a jig in the street for hearing that Packard's closed .
That said, my own store, Blasted Machines Tech Shop (http://blastedmachines.com) is based in Cleveland, TN, although it doesn't have a retail storefront.
There's a Game Xchange on 610 W. University Drive in Denton TX 76201. Their website URL is http://gogamexchange.com. Phone is (940) 898-1472. I've picked up some good games and donor carts there. They are competitively priced when you consider if you order from amazon or ebay + shipping. They have a real decent selection for the size of the retail space. I can snap a pic of the business card if you guys want.
P.S. I've had a bad couple of experiences with CGX. One was an NES cart with a board swap. Took me several trips and phone calls to get the cart exchanged. The other was the clerk messed up and charged me twice--then tried to say he didn't.
They finally won me over, I had a hard time accepting them cause they had expensive prices.
But today I went to trade some stuff and they give me store credit almost at retail! and that was just a regular trade in, sometimes I've heard they give extra trade in value when they have deals going on.
I got 40 bucks for a SNES consoles with 1 controller and cables, 40 bucks for a NES with controller and cables, and like 25 for a N64 with controller and cables.
With all what I took I got 426 dlls which I bought a new supaboy Xbox 360 250gb and some donor carts and like 3 xbox 360 games.
I guess they charge a lot for the games cause they give a lot of credit.
I know they have been working hard cause I noticed them on the first page of google with very general search queries like "Buy SNES games"
They are among the big guys like dkoldies and lukie games.
The only thing i didnt like is that they dont sell new games and consoles for the new generation ones.
On their site in the intellivision section, they have a decent looking Triple Challenge cart, which usually goes for an easy 30 on ebay an very rarely shows up.
looks like whoever posted that thread failed to announced it cause I did not see it. also I did not see this thread with an actual pin on the logo of this thread so I dont considered this thread pinned.
you pinned a thread that has more threads in it so that doesnt mean that this thread is pinned.
So i dont think it is my fault If I did not see something you/mods/admins advertised.

The thread had been pinned for over 5 months. And is now combined with other pinned threads to reduce the number of pinned threads.
Looks like you don't read the pinned threads, so why would you want it pinned?
