Ebay Reweards Program Question

I was wondering if anyone knew anything about the new ebay rewards program.  I got an invitation to try it out.  It looks like they give me a voucher for 5% of everything i buy on ebay.  I tried looking into it to see if there are any fees or credit cards required.  it just looks like they keep track and after a month they give me a ebay voucher.  they even throw in $5 for joining.  anyone tried this or know anything about it?  i want to know what i'm getting myself into.

    They offered me 3% with no signing bonus...cheap bastards. You earn a % on every purchase until August, then you get one voucher that can only be used on one transaction.



    I signed up, but my hopes aren't very high where the last time I got a voucher from eBay the damn thing wasn't redeemable.

    it's giving me at least a $5 ebay voucher...so i thought why not?

    I was offered an initial 2%, and they bump it to 4% if I spend at least $1000 over the three month period. I figure to spend at least $30K, so it'll be a nice lump back. The only catch is, you have to spend the money you get back in one purchase.

    Just checked one of my other accounts and it only gets 3%. It was my main buying account for a while too. I figured they'd want to reward a high volume buyer.

    This program started again as of the 15th of August apparently. Looks like it might be a permanent thing. For the last three month period it ran for, there was a limit on how much you could earn, based on your past buying habits. I don't know if there is a limit this time or not but I was cut off after spending $20K.

    pedro...do you know if it automatically re-enrolls you in the program...i was going to check into it after i spent my "rewards" but didn't know exactly where to start

    I did the voucher program thing just just ended a week or two ago and got $500 in vouchers (3% of my purchases). I read up on it and was able to break them down into 8 smaller vouchers so I didn't have to use it all on one purchase. I've used $200 so far and they're all working. Free money = sweet image I wasn't informed of any new voucher program so they may only offer it to some people based on some sort of qualification

    It did start automatically for me. I found out about it when I saw a small ad in my "my ebay", saying I was making 4% on my purchases. I called ebay to find out if there would be a limit like last time, and NO ONE in support even knew it was going on again. Good communication at the Bay.

    Done, but I need to sit on a "Waiting List" since rewards are currently only offered to selected "V.I.P" members. Oh well, it'll be the stupid BIN's diet for me too.
