Based on the FAQ, the actual auction end time should be in the subtitle. Since your subtitle had the later time, and the bid was entered before that time, MepH wins the auction.
xmarltonx please make sure to double check the times in the future to avoid any confusion.
The FAQ states the following:
3. Please form your auction thread so that the title accurately describes what's being sold (think of how you'd compose an eBay title). Structure your subtitle like the following:
Ends: Monday January 1st 2012, 12:00pm (NA time) -- High bid: $1.00 Created: 10/24/2009 07:12 AM
Use NA time and avoid the 01/10/2001 format.
