I've seen these, but what are they?

I picked this up cheap at my local flea market. It works, and has some duplicate games on the cart, so it's more like a 9 in 1.

Are these rare? I've only ever seen one other for GBA, but only while someone else was playing it at the mall years ago.

    I have two of those. They actually come in a nice quality box, but no manual or proper translations of the titles on the box...so like a typical pirate cart, but boxed. One of mine has a Game Boy version of Contra III on it image

    I've got about 10-15 of those, loose.

    I've never cared much for GB games but I think they're kinda cool, so they're the only GB games I "collect" (I'll buy 'em if I find 'em very cheap).
