I'm trying to help a friend out..she won a auction on ebay for Yu-Gi-ho Season 1

it was in May 2nd she won on a BIN, But never got her DVD..and it been 2 months..How can I get her Money Back

    Go Here File a item not received claim. If you paid with paypal file one on there as well (a link will appear once you file the one on ebay that takes you to the paypal one). That will open up communication between you and the seller. Wait a day or 2 and then you will have to escalate the dipute on paypal to a full claim.



    I only assume you have tried to contact the seller several times without any success? That should of course be your first step in the process. Ask if there was a Delivery Confirmation # so you could try and track your package. Good luck.

    Yes, file a claim.  I got a lot of 5 and only received 4.  The seller eventually did look at it and sent me back the portion requested of $3.  I technically only paid $2.99, so I made a penny profit!

    Hope you get your money back . I got took for 30.00 dollars ebay did nothing. I made a report thru the post office and got nothing...lesson ive learned is Im going to pay for everything thru my credit card They give you your money back no questions asked

    Then she's fucked. Next time, when a seller has 20 negatives in the last month, regardless of the number of positives, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! (pass that message off to her image )

    I hate to say it, but Wizard is right. File a claim with eBay and the USPS but it probably wont do anything.
