Picked this up today for $60.  It's nearly mint.  There's a tiny hole on the very bottom, but it's practically unnoticeable.



Not entirely sure what it's worth or where these came from, but I figured it was worth the money.  Pretty sick display piece too

    Edit: Nevermind, after some googling it appears this may actually be a legit old chair that uses that same "gaming chair" type of model that all the Walmart ones do.



    Can't find one like this being sold at retail and I see lots of price checks on these, so that seems to point to it being legit.

    The tags on it are clearly older than the past 10 years. I don't see a date on them however. Guy I bought it from seemed to have genuinely owned it since the 90s. Stylemark Industries is the name on it

    I have been wanting one of these for years. Yes it is official. I have been holding out for the rarer "Nintendo gray" colored version and one that still had controller holder. Lucky for me I just bought one on ebay the other day

    I posted about one of these chairs requesting more info. Thanks for the link Static that was an interesting article. In hindsight, I probably should have kept to myself before I won that gray chair. Icarwngs55 snagged that one. Oh well, atleast it went to an NA member.

    ^lol, you got it for a great price. I'm glad I didn't bid you up on that piece. I had some communication with the seller and didn't know how much work had to be done on that adjustable neck that holds the controller. Do you plan on fixing that part?

    Even better on price too because I thought skipping sounded a bit high and in the end was refunded $30. I will see how jacked the controller holder is. If it is not bad or totally beyond repair (ie the extremes) I won't touch it, but if it looks like parts ar fixable/replacable at like home depot then I will. I have looked fur this chair for years and this color never comes up for sale and I have never seen one with holder intact
