    No, the numbered copies never had a box.



    The NANWC (red version) had a box, and the current iteration (blue unnumbered) has some sort of box.

    how many were made up in each run? I have something like #226 and I want to get a cart from each printing

    I have #268, I think. I wouldn't be surprised if they went up around #300, or so.
