Buy his book.  Kevin Trudeau - The Hot Seat.  Okay so I'm up late because I took a really long nap earlier ... and this guy as part of his advertisement routine actually hires and promotes the 2007 Playmate of the Year Carrie Underwood to help him sell his book TO YOU.  I don't know about you, but who seriously thought that was a good idea?  I should buy a book because a Playboy Playmate wants me to??? LOL

    This guy is a born con man and loser, and I would say to *never* (read: ever!) buy anything he's involved in. The reason I'm personally bitter about this guy is because he started a pool/billiards organization that promised large payouts to players in order to get them involved. Well, he got them involved and then completely shit on the players by not paying out at all. There's a lot more to it than that, but that's basically what happened.

    He use to sell bunk products on infomercials, and was the poster child for shutting down the infomercial racket. He's no longer allowed to sell products, but literature is a loop-hole he has exploited with some success. He's a tenacious bastard, if also a vile piece of pond dwelling filth.

    He can still sell books, provided they do not contain misrepresentations, because books are protected by the first ammendment. However, he is even getting in trouble for one of his books now, because he called it "easy" when it really isn't that easy. However, the word "easy" is subjective. Like everybody else said, he is a tenacious bastard, and he will always find a loophole. He is also extremely intelligent.

    I don't see how you could reasonably prevent someone from selling books unless they were incarcerated.

    Don't people in jail still sell things though? Dahmer sells art he makes on napkins and toilet paper. He doesn't directly sell them, but he has someone who is close to him do it and then they return goods that are allowed in the joint. His stuff's been on eBay; it does well. Others make models out of available materials (soap, TP tubes), like roses and model motorbikes and cars. They get really detailed; they're nicely done for what they are. They have enough time to work on them, I guess.

    Technically they can't but there's only guidelines about the interchange of allowed goods between the inmates and visitors. I'm sure the agents of these people just keep a cut and are instructed to buy a pack of cigarettes for the inmate, and give the rest to their family or save it in cash under a mattress for when (if) they get out.



    Also, those profit restrictions have done little to stop gang leaders or organized crime members from operating behind bars. For the crappier state prisons where the workers aren't paid enough, a higher boss will just own people anyways and get any liberty.

He bought that "Health Cures that THEY dont want you to know about" book a few years back and I flipped through it one day. Complete garbage.

    The profit restrictions for inmates are mostly regarding an inmate profiting directly from their crime, byt telling about it or writing a book/selling movie rights.
