Forum Jump option?

Most boards have an option at the bottom to jump to a certain forum. How come NA, to the best of my knowledge, doesn't have one? Instead we have to click on Forum which brings us to the Index, and click on the next forum we visit.



I like to visit 5-6 different boards on this forum. A forum jump option would be great. Is it possible for NA to implement one?

    Yes, that's something that could be added to NintendoAge.

    I'm behind this idea. Personally, I just middle click every section so they go to a new tab to get around this, but that makes navigating through 8 or so tabs + any threads I open rather cumbersome.

    One year later, it happens! Thank you. It's so much better now that you don't have to click back or on FORUM in order to select the next board you want.



    Oh, and happy birthday GhostNinja! I love your taste in SNES gaming... I find we often have similar thoughts on those old games

    It would also help to be able to have a link at the top to go to recent entries, so I can jump right to posts that I started. I found a link to it in "my home"...then from there you have a couple clicks to find recent posts. It would be easier if it was right at the top. I assume most people like to jump back to their threads. If there already is a way to do this someone please help me...I am new to this site.

    I really need this changed back. I change sub forums maybe three times a day. However, I go back to the forum topic list after every thread I open. It is virtually impossible to get back to the current forum now on my iPad, since the arrow is minuscule and stuffed between other clickable objects. For the love of all that is good in this world, change this back!



    Or make the arrow more prominent.

    hmm can't you use the zoom feature on your Ipad?



    I mean is pinching and zoom that much work?

    When you get quoted, we have something now that sort of does this. You should get an email for this quote in fact.

    I'm going to add the forum name after the drop-down and we'll see how this holds up. I didn't think so many people would use that, but I stand corrected.

    I did get an email...that is great! 



    Maybe I wasn't very clear.  On other forums I have seen you can click "view your posts"...right next to "Latest Posts."  Latest posts takes you to the posts from all members, just like on the NA site.  But by having "view your posts" this way if I want to go back and just see threads that I have posted in...or threads I have started I can find them quickly, instead of trying to search back by topic or scan through the pages of "latest posts" to find mine or something I participated in.  Not trying to nit-pick, this site is awesome, but just something I have noticed that would be cool.  Thanks for even responding Dain!

    Click on your own name, and which brings you to your public users home.

    From that page, you can click on Threads posted in, or threads started, which will show you either the threads you've posted in, or just the threads you started.

    Yes, I mentioned before that you can find it with a few clicks, but it is very confusing to have to click on your public profile link before you are given that option.  At least IMO.  Again not trying to be annoying, just thought it might be nice.
