Well, I've been meaning to make this sexy poster of my favorite game box art and I finally did it. Just thought I'd show it off. 24 x 36 in a cheap Walgreens frame.
If you can do this for cheap enough, you really could make a business out of this Tusker. That is very nice. I'd love one of these, a Zelda poster, and the Black Box games

I wouldn't touch Zelda with a 10-foot pole if I were he, but defunct game ex-companies or licenses that haven't been touched for ten years (like...Sqoon!) are fair game I'd say. No more risk than making repros of an actual original ROM.

Thanks for all the love guys, I've really wanted this poster for some time, and I finally got around to printing it while I was at work. I have a few others for myself in mind.
I can print anything you guys want, any size. biggest I'll go is that, 24x36. But I can go somewhat bigger, 42" x 150 feet. if needed. that's how big the rolls are for the printer I used for this. But it almost makes no sense to print anything bigger, especially NES boxes. even this sqoon box I probably printed to big, but it still looks fine to me. Just gets fuzzy when you blow it up. if you look close.
PM if you guys want, I'll take some orders on whatever. I just won't print Seth's avatar, for anyone. But anything else, any box, any movie star, your kids smiling face, g'ma, NGD on a unicorn.
(i just may need you to scan it at the highest res possible, which some scanners can't do) at least 600 res.
I'd do a gimmick one or bionic commando one for sure, I'd consider a Zelda one. These would be printed to order. So, no dupes. Unless I wanted one. I would just need you to not tell anyone. And I would need a couple days / a week, depending on each one, and how many, etc, it takes a while to fix artwork, set it up, print it, cut it, pack it, ship it. Would have to come to you guys in a tube, and you'd have to buy a frame there, wherever you live.
There was plenty of frames at walgreens, but you can go anywhere, probably cheaper at a art store. i paid 12 bucks for that frame, i know i've seen them cheaper.

I'll charge 25 bucks shipped for now. for a poster cut to that size 24x36. if you want smaller or whatever let me know. I'll only take so many orders on this at a time. since its a lot of work into it and i'll have to stay at work late to do it. And I am just 1 single walrus, and I don't want to disappoint anyone.

i used one of my client's color copiers to copy $1 bills at about 11pm one friday night at work. they look excellent! (for any cops reading this, i am just joking, i would NEVER think about copying money and putting the bills in strippers g-strings) (for all other people, i would like to say that it is very fun to copy money!)

poster! Hehe I have a smile on my face even typing that (just now realizing I'm a nerd ) I'd like to redo the box art in vector format (to avoid the chance it would rasterize (sp?)) since they're pretty much squares and are easy to replicate. hehe so cool. So... can you put me down for one of those? I'll get the artwork together if so. And I'm happy to vectorize any other black box art if anyone else needs it. I LOVE YOU TUSK.
BTW i haven't heard about your CD.. but ill get on that today.
