Need Help, What are These>

Anybody know what these are?  Are they just a repackage from a used game store?  Once they come in, I;ll know for sure, but just from looking at this pick, I can't tell.

By the way, they're cooming from Puerto Rico, if that tells you anything.

    Never seen those before...I'd also guess they're just a repackage from a used game store, but you never know! Keep us updated when you get them in image

    I bet theyre just repackage from a game store, K-mart used to do this with NES games believe it or not, althought at crazy prices or like 15 bucks a pop, mind you this was around 2001 (i believe)

    The absence of a seal of quality on the packaging says there guys are probably right on the money.

    RePackage for sure...I dont have them anymore, but at the end of SNES's popularity I bought a bunch like this from Super Kmart
