The girl and I work opposite schedules, so we only have a few hours of bedtime overlap, but when we're in the sack at the same time, I get a tiny sliver of the right side, and she gets the rest.
how could you not love that cool side of the pillow... i hate when all the sides get used up and the whole thing is warm its hard to go to sleep like that... lol
when laying down on my back im on the right side.. no snooze for me i pop right up.. lol
Left/right depends on your perspective of the bed, I guess.
Laying in bed, I would be on the left.
I used to use an alarm and snooze repeatedly, but I always have a bad day when I'm awakened by blaring sirens. Now, I don't use an alarm at all, since I set my schedule on my wife being up and out of the house.
I sleep on the left side of the bed, LOVE the cool pillow. Almost always get up first. I set 3 alarms on my cell phone just in case, but always get up on the first.
I sleep on the right, I love Billy Dee, I hit the snooze numerous times on my cell phone because it goes off every 5 minutes, she goes to sleep first, and on days we both work, I get up first.
I usually sleep on the left side of the bed, unless there is something im watching on TV. My tv is near the left side of the bed, but its kinda high up, so I move to the right to see it better, then my wife gets mad, and claims its her side.. hmp.
As for sleeping.. I usually go to bed at 3 am, and have to wake up at 5 am to take my wife to work. My wife goes to bed early and gets a full 8 hours of sleep. I wake up on the first alarm, and then proceed to shake my wife trying to wake her.. then she hits the snooze and begs for 5 more minutes. I go and make her coffee, and check my stuff on the internet. She has hit the snooze button about 2 more times, then I have to go back into the bedroom and have to carry her out of bed. Shes about 5 minutes late to work every day, and is completely insane on the ride to work. She is either hugging on me while Im trying to drive and saying how great I am, and then the next day she will be yelling at me and demanding why I didnt do some chore around the house.
O yah, and as for the pillow thing.. we are tight with our airconditioner.. so in the summer its more like.. I flip my pillow over to get the dry side.
I sleep solo (for now, heh)...so I'm first and last to go to bed, and first and last to wake up. I absolutely can't sleep without a cool pillow (or bed, for that matter). In fact, I wonder if it'd help me sleep better if I could put my pillow in my fridge . Generally, I reset the alarm (completely resetting it, not just hitting the snooze button) 3-5 times a morning, though sometimes I can kick my butt out of bed and be up at the first alarm.
I've had thoughts about how useful a "pillow chiller" would be. Generally, the temperature of the sheets doesn't bother me, but having a hot pillow makes it impossible to fall asleep.
The issue would be a cooling mechanism that wasn't bulky or noisy. Maybe it would be possible to have an adequately padded pillow that you could slip freezer packs into, and you would just reload it each night.
If I have a choice, during! A nice room-temperature black and tan. The real kind, not that American imitation. Nothing will soothe you back to sleep on your nice cool pillow better.

Then it's up to her to get my underwear back on and roll me over. >ba-dum-bum<
She gets up at like 5:30am so it's usually her. I'll put something on like History channel and it knocks her right out
Growing up though it was always sleeping in until I got yelled at
I don't know anything about the cool side of the pillow.
Alarm clocks really don't wake me up, so my wife has the alarm clock and she yells at me to get up in the mornings..
normally we wake up at the same time..
and we go to bed at the same time most of the time..
when laying down on my back im on the right side.. no snooze for me i pop right up.. lol
I always wake up on the first alarm. I've never hit the snooze in my life.
I'm usually up first, waking her up...
I always fall asleep last, too. I'm usually in bed on NA when she's asleep.

I sleep alone, hit the snooze button once daily, and I love Billy Dee.
